    ?Who is a returning participant?
     
    You are considered a returning participant if you:
    • Swam with CBST-SAL during the 2024-25 season or
    • Participated in the 2025 Spring Swim Clinic and were emailed that you can sign up for this clinic and/or CBST-SAL as a return member

    ?All others, follow this link for new participants.

  • ? Registration Deadline & Instructions

     
    ? Return member registration deadline: August 14, 2025
    • Registration opens in early July.
    • Register online through your CBST Team Unify portal and pay through the portal during registration.


    ? If you are

    • A returning CBST-SAL team member or spring clinic swimmer invited to join CBST-SAL, and joining CBST-SAL for the 2025-2026 season:
      • Register/pay through your portal for both the pre-team clinic and CBST-SAL team
      • Submit physical (details below)
    • A spring clinic participant who was invited to join the pre-team clinic, but has not yet been invited to join CBST-SAL for the 2025-2026 season or a returning participant who is joining the pre-team clinic but is not joining CBST-SAL for 2025-2026
      • Register/pay through your portal for the clinic
      • Submit physical (details below)

  • ?Physical Form Requirements

    • Must be dated 9/1/2023 or after for the 2025 clinic.
    • Must be signed by the swimmer's physician.
    • The form here is provided for your convenience. However, any completed and correctly dated, doctor-signed form is acceptable.
      ? Swim Team Physical for Grades 8 and under
    • Our programs require a new physical form each fall (even if the one you provided in the prior year is still within date).
    • Always keep a copy of your physical form for your records and for your use with this and other programs in the future.

    ? Submit by August 14, 2025 – email readable PDF to Jennifer Steinberg (jsteinberg@cbsd.org).

  • ?Important Notes

    • First-come, first served basis for clinic placement
    • Late registration (after August 14) is only allowed with permission
      • Email Jennifer Steinberg at jsteinberg@cbsd.org to check availability
      • A $50 non-refundable late fee applies if accepted
      • Do not submit late registration without approval
