2023-2024 New Student Registration
Kindergarten students MUST be five (5) years of age before September 1st (on/before August 31). No exceptions. Please note: Kindergarten program session requests (AM/PM) should be directed to the school once registration is complete.
2023-2024 Grade One Eligibility
First grade students must be six (6) years of age before September 1, 2023 (See ).
Steps for online registration are outlined below. If you do not have access to a computer, we have computers available at 16 Welden Drive.
Required Information/Documentation
- Proof of Child’s Age (choose 1 of the following)
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Baptismal Certificate
- Proof of Residency-Documentation must be current within the past 30 days and in the applicant's name
- Proof of Ownership or Proof of Lease (choose 1 of the following)
- Deed/Lease (MUST be signed and in its entirety)
- Real Estate Tax Bill
- Mortgage Statement
- Verification of Settlement (HUD)
- Certificate of Occupancy
- Utility Bill (choose 1 of the following)
- PECO
- Water Bill
- Trash Collection
- Cable/Internet Bill
- Billing Statements (choose 1 of the following)
- Pay Stub/W2
- Health Insurance
- Credit Card Statement / Bank Statement
- Legal Notices/ Government Income Forms
- Car Payment/ Insurance Policy
- Additional Documentation May Be Required
- Proof of Ownership or Proof of Lease (choose 1 of the following)
- Immunization Records – subject to review by School Nurse for compliance
- Your Child’s Health and/or Medication Information-Click here for the required medical forms
- Parent/Guardian Picture Identification – Driver’s License, State ID card or US Passport
- Legal Custody Order- if you have any legal custody or guardianship papers you MUST upload them at the time of registration
- Emergency contact phone number (2 NON-PARENT contacts required)
- Proof of Child’s Age (choose 1 of the following)

Online Registration Application
Once you have gathered all necessary registration documents, you may begin the online registration application by clicking the "Start New Registration Application Button" below. You may return to an "In Process" application at any time via the e-mail link you initially received. Once you have completed the application and have uploaded all of the required documents, you must clink the RED submit button.
When completing the online registration form, be sure to use the correct letter case, and do not complete the form in ALL CAPS. If you have not gathered your necessary documents, do not begin the online process. Some of these documents must be uploaded during the registration process.
Please check the dates on all of your documents and make sure they are dated within the last 30 days.
