• Purpose: work on stroke technique and endurance
  

• Appropriate for swimmers aged 7 and older who:
  • Have been on a competitive winter/summer team (including CBST-SAL)
  • Are developing competitive swimmers (have little to no competitive swimming experience, but do have basic knowledge of all four competitive strokes and need a little additional technique work/conditioning before being ready to join a swim team)

  • Pre-Team Swim Clinic – September
  • Spring Swim Clinic – Mid-April through just before Memorial Day

• Purpose: Introduce diving to new divers and provide practice opportunity for team divers
• Appropriate for divers aged 7 and older* who:
  • Have team experience
  • Are new (novice) divers
